Speaking at the Reading Promotion Summit, at South West Jiao Tong University (WJTU), in Sichuan Province, Kolman said the IPA would continue to work closely with UNESCO and the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) to spotlight the issue worldwide.
