Highlights of the 31st International Publishers Congress 2016, in London

The 31st International Publishers Congress, 9 -12 April, 2016, gathered more than 220 delegates from 41 countries in London’s majestic Olympia Conference Centre. This was the second time the Congress had taken place in the UK capital, but the first time it had run parallel to The London Book Fair.
International publishers name five front-runners for 2016 IPA Freedom to Publish Prize

The International Publishers Association’s Freedom to Publish Committee has named its top five nominees for the 2016 IPA Freedom to Publish Prize. The eventual winner will be presented with the award – which includes CHF 10,000 (EUR 9,200 / USD 10,300) – on 10 April at the International Publishers Congress gala dinner, in London.

The International Publishers Association, in association with the Publishers Association UK and the London Book Fair, presented the third annual IPA Education Conference on 16 April, at Olympia Conference Centre, West London.
