Official Handover for 33rd International Publishers Congress

Vietnamese Publisher Arrested
Pham Doan Trang, the Vietnamese author, journalist and co-founder of Liberal Publishing House, the 2020 IPA Prix Voltaire laureate, was arrested on 6 October.
